Trinette Robinson has definitely edged past all other contestants when it comes to having the smelliest sneakers around. This means that the young girl’s hard work during the Girl Scout practices as well as a lot of environmental volunteer work paid off really well when she won a grand prize of almost $25000 for having the stinkiest pair of sneakers.

On its 35th year of competing, the National Odor Eaters Rotten Sneaker Contest is organized by Odor- Eaters and is definitely the best game around when it comes to proving how smelly your shoes are! The competition is also definitely more difficult because a lot goes into the final judgment process. This includes proper checking of the entire make up of the shoe ranging from the Velcro, to the condition of the strings along with other relevant factors that determine how smelly the shoes can actually be. This includes an entire range of other important details that possibly needs proper looking into when it comes to judging what the smelliest pair of shoes is!

So the panel of judges includes a lot of important people who were all geared up to ensure that the sneaker competition would be judged really well. This includes people like the amazing “Master Sniffer” aka George Aldrich, whose claim to fame is that he is the Chemical Specialist for NASA space missions, along with other big names like Rachel Herz, Ph.D., the author of The Scent of Desire, and professor at Brown University. So they judged that Trinette Robinson definitely deserves the big win that she got because of her really smelly sneakers!

Trinette Robinson also gave tough competition to eight other contestants who were also all geared up to the win the competition. This included contestants like UT Fenton from West Jordan and others from places like Montpelier and Midland and Texas. She took him the trophy called the Golden Sneaker Award along with a free trip all the way to New York City to watch a screening of The Lion King and that too on Broadway! The prize winner surely wins a lot because she also gets a lot of free supplies from Odor-Eaters along with prize money.
